Massage

Massage is a great way to re-energize. Tension builds up in the muscles during a stressful day and you can feel this around the neck, shoulders and back and that’s why problems are often called “a pain in the neck!” Posture is also an issue when working on a PC or laptop every day, leading to problems in the same areas. Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is common when making small movements in the hands, such as typing or using a mouse. Massage is a great way to ease the tension in the muscles for all of these conditions. Regular massages bring great health benefits to the body. From a 15 minute chair massage, to an hour long re-energizing deep tissue massage, these will make all the difference and will go a very long way in solving these problems.
